No. However, please note that the conference content is designed and geared towards youth (aged 13+ and above) and young adults.
Attendees coming accept any and all liabilities incurred during the conference.
If an attendee is coming as part of a church or ministry group, please note that the church or ministry accepts full responsibility for that attendee.
CAN PEOPLE FROM OUTSIDE OF CANADA PARTICIPATE?
Yes! We welcome visitors from around the globe to join our conference. Please note that unfortunately, we CANNOT provide letters of invitation. Visitors are responsible for checking visa requirements and arranging them if necessary before departing from their country of origin.
CAN CHILDREN ATTEND?
We recommend that the minimum age requirement to be able to attend the conference be 13 years old.
CAN I REGISTER AS A GROUP OR GET A GROUP DISCOUNT?
Yes, you can! Please fill out this form to request a group discount code. We will then let you know if your group qualifies for a group discount.
ARE ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF REGISTRATION?
No, accommodations are not included in the price of registration this year. In the past, we have offered registration options that included accommodations but we have decided not to do so this year.
CAN I BOOK MY ACCOMMODATIONS AT THE CONFERENCE VENUE, THE SHERATON?
Yes! For those attendees needing accommodations, we are offering a hotel room rate of $109/night (~ $127/night with taxes and hotel fees included) at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. Please book your stay through http://p2c.sh/sheraton (this URL has our rates already pre-loaded) to take advantage of the specialized rate given to P2C PLUS 2019 attendees. After registering for the conference, the above link will also be in the email you provided.
These rooms can fit 4 adults per room as each room will have two double beds.
ARE MEALS INCLUDED?
Meals are not included. There are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and plenty of opportunities to join groups of people for dinner. There will also be conference offerings that involve a meal.

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY CONFERENCE PASS?
Tickets are transferable from one attendee to another. In the case of a transfer, the purchaser of the ticket(s) from Eventbrite will need to edit the ticket(s) in Eventbrite manually.
In the case of a cancellation resulting in a refund, Eventbrite processing fees are not refundable which will result in a partial refund.
Refunds will not be provided for anyone canceling December 1, 2019 or later.
CAN I GIVE MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes! But only before the deadline on December 28, 2019 at 9 PM. Just login to Eventbrite and edit your ticket details with the new person’s information.
HOW DO I EDIT MY TICKET INFORMATION?
Follow these instructions provided by Eventbrite. Only ticket purchasers can edit tickets.

CAN SOMEONE WHO IS ALREADY REGISTERED GET A DISCOUNT?
Promotional codes can only be used for people who have not yet registered.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMOTIONAL CODE?
You can only apply one promotional code to each order.
WHY IS MY PROMOTIONAL CODE NOT WORKING?
Well, something must have gone wrong! Please double check that your code was entered correctly. If you use a code, but do not complete the order, that code will be unavailable for 30 minutes from the time you started the order. You may also have selected more tickets than the code allows. If none of these steps address your problem, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for help and we will be happy to walk you through a solution!
HOW CAN I FUNDRAISE TO HELP WITH MY CONFERENCE COSTS?
Enter the promotional code “fundraise” to reveal the fundraising ticket. Once you purchase it, you will receive all your next steps via email. You can also make your own arrangements through whichever charitable organization you are involved with. Please read the fundraising page for more details.
$50 DEPOSIT OPTION: FULL ACCESS PASS
DO I HAVE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT FOR A FULL ACCESS PASS ONLINE RIGHT AWAY?
We have a $50 deposit (non-refundable) ticket for the FULL ACCESS Pass! This option is great for those who may find it difficult to pay the full cost of the conference right away. You can purchase this ticket online for $50 and then pay the rest by cash or card when you arrive at the conference.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, there are several parking lots at and around the hotel with various daily rates.
HOW DO I GET AROUND WITHOUT A CAR?
The Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel is located in the heart of Downtown Toronto and is easily accessible by subway, bus, and streetcar.
We encourage you to invest in a Presto card and just top it up as necessary. It’s what all the Torontonians use!
